Downsized from 75 gallons. A reef tank that has been in operation for over 5 years. I decided to take a break and get back to reefkeeping in a smaller tank. The Fluval Sea Evo worked great with the upgrades I made. I didn’t use the cap or light that came with the tank. AI Prime is used for illumination and InTank media chamber is used for Chamber 1. I also have a Bubble Magus hanging from the rear skimmer (which does a great job in the tank without looking nasty). We also upgraded the pump and nozzle to improve flow. The tank he has been running fine for 3 months. We will be adding SPS corals this week. Highly recommend this tank. For the price, you can’t go wrong.

• The only way to access the tank is through an uncovered feeding hole. So if you need to adjust the internals, you have to remove the hood, but the LED lights are loose and easily fall off. I haven’t been to an aquarium game for several years. I honestly miss my old fish tank.

• Upgraded with new pump and refugium. We also purchased a filter upgrade to allow media in the chamber without a pump. In addition to it. The tank has excellent stability for a nano. Corals grow well. One fish is fine. My sea urchin and shrimp are fine. It still looks great. However, the lights get hot. So don’t put the tank in a warm place. Otherwise the light will overheat the tank

The items were packed really well. They could have thrown it off the truck and threw it at my door. Also arrived a week before the promised delivery.
Beautiful aquarium with almost everything you need to set up a freshwater aquarium. All I add is heater, gravel and treated water. If I can convince my wife, I can plug in another small sponge filter so I can plant organic seeds in the second tank.
A moderately planted Gurami tank. I think the second will be a planted fishing tank.

• I love the tank and lights, but I don’t like the other components. Water was always too hot. I replaced the standard pump that came with it with a better model of his Sicce and it runs cooler. Still not cool enough. The bonnet seems to trap heat easily. I think you should get a custom hood with a fan. The suggested protein skimmer is also not good.I replaced it with a Tunze 9001 and it worked much better. I also bought a powerhead which is better than the one recommended. Fluval’s wasn’t that great. I recommend the aquarium. Good for the price, but doesn’t use the recommended components or parts that come with it. Investigate and upgrade now to save hassle and headache later.
